• Professional presentation and demeanor
• Excellent PC/computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.; must be able to learn new applications quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The potential candidate would be familiar with common real estate practices with a Real Estate license.
