| 1 | It is important that your email address is correct. This is how you will be notified for directory placement confirmation. This address will be used for internal purposes only and will not be published in the Directory. |
| 2 | First Name and Last Name fields are optional. These fields are used for contact purposes and will not be published in the Directory. |
| 3 | Selecting a Business Category that best suits your organization is important. When your customers search for you or businesses similar to yours, they most often search using the category. For example instead of searching for a restaurant name, most people will search for "Restaurants In Brandon Florida". |
| 4 | Using the Business Category "Other" should be a last resort. We understand that there are many possible categories for business and organizational operations and if you think that we have missed an important one, you are welcome to suggest a new category. There are no guarantees that it will be incorporated, but we will take all suggestions under consideration. |
| 5 | Sub categories are not in use at this time. However, you may use any short description to further define your business. For example, if you selected "Restaurants" for your business category and you sell mostly pizza, then you might enter "pizza" as a sub category. You would not need to add wings, breadsticks, etc. Save these for the "Keywords" section. |

If we cannot confirm the business using the telephone number provided, the publication of your listing could be delayed or canceled. |
| 8 | "Keywords" is a list of comma delimited words or phrases (words or groups of words separated by a comma) that might be used to search for your business. For example, if I had an appliance store and offered a repair service, I might use the following for Keywords: appliance repair, Trane, Maytag, Carrier, Coleman, stoves, ranges, dishwashers You have up to 200 characters, which is about 40 words. This is an important feature and the more accurate your keyword list is, the more likely that customers will find you. (This feature is not available for "Free Directory Listings") |
| 9 | There are 3 fields where you have the opportunity to describe your business or list some of your key products or services. Each field will accept up to 330 characters or about 75-100 words. This is the heart of your advertisement. Please be sure to check your spelling and grammar. We do review and edit Directory Listings, but due to the volume of submissions, spelling and grammatical errors are a lower priority. (This feature is not available for "Free Directory Listings") |
| 10 | There are two fields where you may enter a link to your business web site. The links may point to the same page or they may each highlight different pages. (This feature is not available for "Free Directory Listings") |
| 11 | A map link is available for paid Directory Listings only. It is optional. Check the box only if you want customers to know where you are located on the map. |
| 12 | Last, but not least, there is a small picture at the bottom of the form with some letters and/or numbers. The characters need to be typed exactly as you see them in the entry field provided. This is partly to ensure that a human being is submitting the form. |
| 13 | You will be sent a confirmation email shortly after the new Directory Listing has been processed. You will need to respond to this email to confirm your new listing. This is done to protect you and your business. |
